Do you want to enjoy some practical experience while still studying as an undergrad at university? Why not gain experience and boost your chances of employment upon graduation by participating in QAL's vacation program?

QAL’s annual Vacation Employment Program offers a unique opportunity for students. Our program aims to give students specific project work that contributes to plant operations, benefiting QAL and each student's learning.

Every year QAL employs university students in their penultimate year for a 12 week period from late November to February. We employ in some of the following areas:

• Engineering (electrical, mechanical, civil and chemical)
• Science/Chemistry
• Environmental Science
• Occupational Health and Safety
• Community Relations
• Information Technology
• Human Resources/Training
• Business/Accounting

We are seeking expressions of interest for our 2009/2010 Vacation Student Program from 15 July to 14 August 2009. No applications will be accepted outside of this time.
