The QAL Community House was established in 2003 and serves as the headquarters for the QAL Retirees Club as well as a free meeting place for not-for-profit community groups.

The house is complete with boardroom table and chairs, TV and video, white board, kitchen and bathroom facilities and suitable for groups of up to ten.
